Lon Schiffbauer is an Associate Professor of Business Management at Salt Lake Community College and a business strategy consultant dedicated to helping companies develop thriving organizational cultures. He holds an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and is a SPHR-certified human resources professional with the Society for Human Resource Management. For his dissertation, Lon studied the effects of the pursuit of self-esteem on an employee’s ability to thrive in the workplace.
