Accessories in my Sacred Space
Here I have compiled a few of my favorite accessories to create my sacred meditation space, and support my daily spiritual rituals.
Zafu Set
Comfortable meditation seat cushions set, helpful for seated meditation.
OM Signing Bowl
Singing bowls are used in yoga, music therapy, sound healing, and religious ceremonies. By running the mallet around the bowl – only with slight pressure – a pure tone will eventually rise. When this happens, the bowl is said to produce the vibratory cosmic sound of the universe Om. I purchased my bowl from Sivana Spirit – every purchase helps supply and distribute Vitamin A to Indian children in desperate need.
Tibetan Cymbals
Cymbals are made of brass and hand-painted in India. They help create the vibration of Om to set the tone for your meditation practice.
Yoga Blanket
Soft and warm, great for early morning meditations around your legs to stay comfortable.
Himalayan Salt Lamp
I love the low ambient glow of this lamp, which I usually leave on during my meditations.
