Annie is an Integrative Health Coach and works in collaboration with Wisdom 2.0 as their Director of Community Engagement, a production company that brings awareness and mindfulness to living in today's technology-driven world. In partnership, she runs healthy, collaborative digital communities, and she designs, produces, and hosts digital courses and events. She has recently become a Zoom-master thanks to the Pandemic and specializes in creating Digital Intimacy and meaningful conversation online. She has been an influencer, writer, photographer in the Outdoor and Nature industry for years as a full-time mom. She's now taking the entrepreneur spirit to the next level and in the new year will launch a unique, community-driven Nature-based wellness platform around the Joy and healing wisdom of Nature. She is a mom to three teenagers and a puggle-chihuahua named Aspen. She is often found on a mountain-top engaging in athletic pursuits and considers herself a Compassionate, Joyful Warrior. Goes without saying, Annie complements our holistic wellness series with grace and joy.
