After working in emergency rooms and adult acute care for over a decade, she transitioned into integrative health. Due to her struggle with her own health, Lara started studying & practicing Usui & Angelic reiki in 2014, then functional medicine health coaching in 2017. Lara’s passion & mission is to empower patients to take an active role in their health so that they can create their health on their terms.
