This page features the AI tools I personally use as clarity amplifiers — not replacements for intuition, creativity, or discernment.
Many of the tools you’ll see here are powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) — a class of AI trained on vast amounts of text to recognize patterns in language. In simple terms, LLMs are designed to reflect, summarize, and respond to human thought expressed through words.
What matters most is how they’re used.
I don’t treat LLMs as authorities or answer machines. I use them as reflective companions — tools that help surface patterns, clarify thinking, and refine language so I can hear my own voice more clearly.
These tools support how I think, write, reflect, and make aligned decisions across my business and life — especially during pivots, transitions, and moments of overwhelm.
You won’t find “hacks” or shortcuts here.
Every tool on this page earns its place by helping me:
- clarify ideas without losing nuance
- amplify my authentic voice (not overwrite it)
- reduce cognitive load, not increase noise
- work with my nervous system, not against it
This is the same approach I teach inside Amplify Authentically™ with AI and Pivot with Purpose™ — where technology supports human wisdom, not the other way around.

LLM-Based Clarity Tools (Reflective Dialogue)
Tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are all powered by Large Language Models, but each has a distinct “personality” and strength.
When used intentionally, LLMs can help you:
- reflect back what you’re already thinking
- identify themes and blind spots in your writing
- explore possibilities without committing to them
- translate intuition into language you can act on
I use these tools to pause, sense, and articulate — not to outsource judgment or creativity.
Think of LLMs less as decision-makers and more as mirrors for meaning-making.

Clarity dialogue + synthesis
ChatGPT is the LLM I use most often for reflective dialogue, synthesis, and structured thinking. I use it to clarify ideas, explore nuance, and translate intuition into language — not to outsource judgment or creativity.
- GPT stands for Generative Pre-trained Transformer — a type of Large Language Model designed to understand and generate human language.

Long-form reasoning + tone sensitivity
Claude is especially strong for thoughtful reasoning, long-form writing, and maintaining tonal integrity. I use it when I want spacious reflection, ethical framing, or careful language that preserves nuance.

Ecosystem-aware synthesis + multimodal thinking
Gemini integrates well with Google’s ecosystem and supports multimodal reasoning across text, documents, and ideas. I use it for synthesis, comparison, and pattern recognition — particularly when working across sources.

Perspective testing + cultural signal
Grok offers a distinct conversational style and is useful for pressure-testing perspectives, language tone, and cultural framing. I use it selectively to explore alternative angles and surface assumptions.
LLM-Powered Research Tools (Research & Verification)
These tools are powered by Large Language Models and real-time search systems, designed to retrieve, verify, and synthesize information — not generate personal insight or creative voice.
When used intentionally, research-oriented LLM tools can help you:
- validate facts and claims quickly
- surface credible sources and references
- compare perspectives without falling into echo chambers
- reduce time spent searching while increasing confidence in accuracy
I use these tools to check my thinking, not replace it — especially when working with data, trends, tools, or external information that benefits from verification.
They support discernment, clarity, and intellectual honesty — not speed for speed’s sake.
Think of LLM-powered research tools less as “answer engines” and more as context builders that help you see the full landscape before drawing conclusions.

Research, fact-checking & source grounding
Perplexity is an LLM-powered research tool I use when accuracy matters. It combines large language models with live web search, citations, and source comparison — making it ideal for verifying claims, exploring trends, and grounding ideas in credible references.
I use Perplexity to:
- validate facts and assumptions
- compare perspectives across sources
- reduce time spent searching while increasing confidence in accuracy

Fast exploratory research & signal scanning
Comet is a research-oriented LLM tool I use for quick landscape scans and exploratory questions. It’s especially helpful when I want to sense patterns, surface multiple viewpoints, or pressure-test an idea without over-indexing on any single answer.
I use Comet to:
- explore unfamiliar topics quickly
- scan for emerging signals or trends
- supplement deeper research workflows
LLM-Assisted Mapping Tools (Context & Synthesis)
These tools help me work with my own knowledge — synthesizing notes, documents, transcripts, and ideas into coherent understanding. I use them to surface patterns, preserve context, and make sense of complexity before moving into decisions or execution.
Rather than generating content or verifying facts, these tools support sense-making — helping me see how ideas, conversations, and systems connect over time.

NotebookLM, powered by Google’s LLM tech, is an AI-assisted knowledge synthesis tool I’m actively training in to help clients streamline information, surface clarity, and reduce cognitive overload. I’m developing this into a client-facing service to support thoughtful decision-making and efficient systems.

Notion is a flexible workspace I use primarily to create guided journals and workbooks for prospective clients. While it has deeper capabilities, I currently use it as a structured container for reflection and clarity-building exercises.

Atlas is a visual mapping and synthesis workspace accessed through the ChatGPT desktop app. I use Atlas to map ideas, conversations, and systems—helping me surface patterns, preserve context, and make sense of complexity before moving into decisions or execution.
- Atlas is accessed inside the ChatGPT desktop app and may require installation or account access.
LLM-Driven Operations & System Builders
These tools support the doing side of work—handling repetitive tasks, workflows, and operational steps once clarity is established. I use them to translate intention into action through vibe coding—reducing friction and cognitive load while keeping humans in the loop.

Base44 is a system-building platform I use to turn clear thinking into working micro-apps through vibe coding and structured logic. It allows me to rapidly design and deploy lightweight, purpose-driven tools—bridging insight and execution without overengineering.
I used Base44 to build Founder’s Why Compass, a reflective micro-app that helps founders pause, reconnect with their purpose, and make aligned decisions before moving into action.
